Guadalupe has proudly called the Nashville area home for over 23 years, bringing a strong connection to the community she serves. She has been a licensed real estate agent for 3 years, combining her local expertise with a genuine passion for helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the market with confidence.

Before entering real estate, Guadalupe worked in the medical field as an oncology medical assistant, providing compassionate care to patients. She also gained valuable customer service experience during her time at Office Depot. Growing up in a family involved in the construction industry, Guadalupe developed an early interest in real estate. While still in high school, she served as her father’s bookkeeper, learning firsthand about the real estate construction business — an experience that inspired her to pursue a career in real estate.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Guadalupe is comfortable working with a diverse range of clients. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys cooking and walking, balancing her career with time spent outdoors and with family.
